Real, constructive mental power lies in the creative thought that shapes your destiny, and your hour-by-hour mental conduct produces power for change in your life. Develop a train of thought on which to ride. The nobility of your life as well as your happiness depends upon the direction in which that train of thought is going. - Laurence J. Peter
my train of thought is zooming off the track of sanity into the marshland of madness. a grey mist hangs around, the coolness of the water in the air turns slowly to a lonely cold. my last sight of the drooping branches vanishes while the slooshing mud embraced me into eternal darkness.
come to think of it. it doesn't sound like a very interesting prospect to have...mud sucking me in.
i don't think i like prelims very much. the gep branch has probably made a giant mistake by getting me into the programme.
primary school...it was ... get into nanyang (or anderson), then get into hwa chong jc, then go into university, get become a teacher and teach. brilliant.
today... it is.... already in nanyang (but should probably have in other school), try to get into a jc (my foot), get into the university, train for psychology, become a teacher (or psychologist).
gracious.
