i've realised that in the shows that came from hongkong...or have actors/actresses in them...there's bound to be the following : a complicated love relationship (eg. someone finding out that he/she likes another person but the other person doesn't...or is very nice to the original someone 'cos he/she feels indebted to the someone), kinship (or the realization of the importance of kinship), traces of homosexuality (i wonder why for? to appease the homosexuals in hongkong?) and lots of things to ponder about life once again.
hah. one perfect example will be 'state of divinity'. a popular one will be 'zhen qing' and the nice one that most people's probably watched before is 'hua mulan'. want more examples? 'feminine masculinity' and 'jin sheng jin shi'. oh yeah. 'detective investigation files 4' as well. hah. which reminds me. i was rather surprised that serene and michelle have both watched it before. oh wellz.
i was amused to find many of the words in the sec 4 ci yu shou ce to appear in 'state of divinity'.
i've decided not to go to the darren hayes concert i guess. that is, unless he changes the date or something. but i told the others i'll help out.
