there're a few things that tick me off very strongly.
1) injustice
2) exclusivity without reason (e.g. not supposed to be exclusive, but became exclusive).
3) unfounded rejection

personally offensive to me and makes me go 'what the heck'.
discouraging as well.
all negative words.
