found out that marine parade library's actually quite a nice place to study at:D i managed to concentrate better there...hehehe:D can we go back there to do homework next monday?

had taekwondo grading today:D white-yellow grading...hahaha. relatively fast progress, considering that we've only joined like... four months ago?:)
judge today wasn't particularly very nice though...neither was the person giving commands. at first i was rather pissed off at the judge's extremely obvious disinterest in looking at us do our stance, but after scolding the judge and promising to kick the person giving commands when we reach black belt and train extremely hard to be very good, i've decided to ...ehz. wellz. forgive them afterall:D
today's sermon was very good:D sermon's by pastor dinah lee! and apparently pastor dinah lee hasn't preached for two years! *gasp* hahaha:D 'cos hui chun says that in the two years she was there, she hasn't seen her preach before. yepz:) so i guess i'm very lucky to hear her preach...she preached on the everlasting topic of love:D
John 3:16 - "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." and who else is actually able to die premeditatively for another person? or to even die for someone whom you don't like? for we were sinners, and God disliked sinners, so to him, we were like enemies...and yet He still chose to die for us. can a normal person actually possess such love? can you actually think of a person who possesses such love?:)
and it's because of God's love that i try to do my best to love others as well. to care for the people around me, to grow in the concern for them:) I just wanna let other people feel the love in their lives too:) and the origin of my love for people comes from God himself:) just like the source of energy for plants comes from the sun. yepz:) hehehe:D

hmmmz...in the school library now:D found the chinese A level listening comprehension relatively easier than our school's normal listening comprehensions...hehehehe:D
the chinese teacher wasn't so bad...she didn't start flirting with the guys as some pple had said she would...and she didn't scold our class at all...and she didn't chase after us for homework either, not like the previous chinese teacher. hahahaha:D i just realised that among all the subjects, we had the most homework from chinese...terrible. if only we can NOT have chinese homework, we'll have more time for other subjects:D *grInz* ah wellz.
my life feels more accomplished these days. yeah:D

they asked about dress code! i mean, like what kinda things can u comment on pple wearing t-shirt and shorts out? it's up to them. doesn't bother me. hahaha:D

didn't get back any papers today:)
suddenly realised that i do indeed have very nice teachers. should show them more respect from now on:D do their tutorials and such:)
it's such a sad thing that we're changing chinese teachers...my new teacher is shauna's former chinese teacher! can just imagine how terrible chinese lessons will become. i can just imagine how my grades will fall after being taught by an awful chinese teacher. hahaha:D
had an interesting talk about christianity with mun bill, nicole and michelle...maybe not talk...but now i have a deeper insight onto who these people are:) and some things i can start researching on once again. *grInz*

got 3 papers back today...did extremely horrible for them...kinda expected it but still. got 33.5 for my chem, 34 for my maths and i passed my econs:)...hahahaa. my greatest hope is in biology..'cos to me, bio was the easiest out of the four. ah wellz:)
i asked mr lim if i can drop chemistry...he's very nice:) after a lot of gestures and what-nots... he concluded by saying if i did quite okay for my other papers, i can consider continuing with chemistry, if i did rather badly for the rest, it's okay if i drop chemistry. ah wellz:) chemistry is the major bane of my life. at least i like maths. some chapters anyway.
ah wellz. shall try not to. let's look at my biology first:D and GP.

it's a nice and peaceful monday night:D with me feeling as though tomorrow's the start of the holidays and that i can now properly enjoy myself 'cos the exams are over...except that of course, schools start tomorrow and that it's only the starting of another torturous term:D *grInz*
yeah...went to dancing's house for another of the vj-hcj and now a solo rj gathering:D we pigged out...seriously pigged out. ate all sorts of food...ranging from maggie mee and chips, to jelly and 'rocky road' ice cream, to nuggets and hash browns:D and we watched 'life size', though i think i may have watched it before...and we played the game of life:D steph won! she got 1775k...i have 1750k. hahaha:D ah wellz...have an overall fun time with steph, dancing, qingz, trace, xin li, yun yun and jing jun:D yepz:D

i call it deja vu:D like what i've mentioned before, reading the lines of this book and suddenly realised u seem to know what the next few lines are and blah even when it's the first time u've read the book. or dreaming that someone is telling u something and it happens like what? 2 months later at the exact same situation. happens a lot of times. sometimes u are awed by it. sometimes u get a tad freaked out. luckily i'm not the only one who have dreams that come true. ah wellz:)

i just finished reading 'I never promised you a rose garden' by Joanne Greenberg:) it's a story about a sixteen-year-old girl who 'retreats from reality into the bondage of an imaginary kingdom'...simply put, it's about this girl who had mental illness and her route to finding the real world once more:D it's very interesting... very insightful:) allows one to review oneself more too.

oh man... i didn't realise that singapore was featured in the Time magazine... i was like 'The Lion in Winter'? huh? some boring economics article and i just cast it aside without giving it a second glance. ah wellz:) interesting:D
and after watching the review on Charlie's angels, i feel like watching it too:) sounds better than the first one...the first one was...quite okay:D

clover's getting lazier and lazier each day...hahaa:) woke up at 11pm yesterday night! when i'm about to go to sleep...ah wellz. actually promised clover last night to wake at 5.45am to play with her, but i was too lethargic... hehehee:) and this morning, she just kept biting the cage nonstop..(which is her way of saying: let me out! i wanna run about!) so i opened the cage, and then she peered at me, i peered at her, she crawled onto my hand, then decided to go back into the cage again...hahaha:)
i think she's going to die soon, sleeping more and more each day, getting weaker and weaker each day..ah well:) hope she'll survive till next year:)
