Today's an intensive day =\
Lots of emotions flying high.. lots of hidden unresolved things that were dug out.
And the need to continually provide a therapeutic environment. one after another, after another, after another.
I feel my heart racing at the end of it all. As if I've just came back from running, without the physical exercise. lol.
