went for early service today...it started at 9am. how horribly early:) well. it was supposed to start at 9...but the auditorium was like, relatively empty at 9...then people started to file in at about 9.05am. ah wellz:) jun ting was very nice:) she accompanied me and suraj into the audi:) *beamz*
suraj had to come for early service too...'cos he's going to celebrate mother's day with his mum and sis in the afternoon. ah wellz:)
it wasn't as bad as i thought it was. at first i thought i would feel awkward there...considering that there're like no teens in the early service and no adults whom i know. (not that i know a lot of adults in Hope. still quite surprised to see jingchen in Hope though. hahaha:) lots of young adults...who don't look like young adults anyway. ah wellz:)
service is just so wonderful:) there was a small skit put up by the Hope drama...really nice songs to worship and praise God as well:) and a wonderful and corny pastor to give the sermon! (who else but Pastor Ben? SARS became something about 'And lacking Romance syndrome).
i take back my words. all the pastors are wonderful and corny:D

second part of 11 May 2003:
then i went to tampines to meet michelle (tan. the number of michelles in this world is getting pretty overwhelming. hahaha:) and pei lee:) both of them are freaky...bringing notes wherever they go. didn't felt quite natural around the both of them when we were going around looking for presents. hahaha:) so, i decided to sms qingz about it...and she was nice enough to actually call me:D yeah manz! qingz u rule too!:D
then i felt bad talking on the phone while the two of them are looking for presents...hehehe:) think it was better after the phone call:) hehee:) nice friends they are:)
heard quite a lot of songs today...then i realised that nearly everybody in nygep'02 has a song attached to her:) hahaha:) nearly everybody:)
like for eg. 'Give it to you' ---jordan knight will forever remind me of fungi (do you not agree?), 'twinkle twinkle little star' of grace (oh yah! amazing grace as well:P), 'if you're not the one' -everyone knows who this is sung by, of trace (heh, what's the title of the song that went 'people, you've been before and u don't want around anymore, and they ...and won't bend to your will, i'll keep them still'? i can't remember), songs by Blue of weezi, songs by Jay zhou of Sze (and shu wen...even though shu wen's not an nygepper), a whole buncha disney and anastasia songs of jitsy and isobelly and 'phantom of the opera' and 'memory' of nina:)
and the number of songs which i've known before the radio knows it. one of which i heard today is 'all the things she said'. can't remember the other one. some song that i've known for a year or so until the radio started playing it.

He just reminded me of His grace today:D there were times through the week when i felt unsure of stuff around... and i asked Him to give signs to me, so that my doubts can be cleared, and He did. *beamz* love Him so much:D

yeah, anyway:) i saw the bunch of them today...everyone who was acting in 'zhui hou yi ban lie che' (the last train) of 'bai yun gang':D...saw fongchian, auntie, xiao yun, hui chin (ah-ha! he's become so beng he didn't even realise it), jia you...blahblah. yinghao. blah. i can't remember the others' names:D hehe:) as well as the chinese lao shi i asked about chinese society in other schools as well:) hahaa:) he still remembered me!:D

yeah, anyway. drama competition...it's the first year vjc chinese society took part in it...hahaha:) and we got first prize! out of 9 other jcs...we got first! woohoo! we rule!:D and out of 80+ actors and actresses...zhen tong got the best actor! no best actress award. hahaha:) as in, it'd either be a best actor or a best actress. yah:)
wanna hear something more interesting? there're only two pple acting in vjc's little performance. hahahaa:) the rest of us went crazy after hearing the results...ended up cheering like siao. then we did the 'yo vjc' cheer in front of everyone else too. hahahaa:) so nonsense. oh yeah, the mp was saying something about the backstage crew are the heroes of the performance...i'm a hero too!
heh:) we're trying to get a 10 mins slot for them to perform on monday. wonderful manz:)

oh yah. i forgot to mention. i saw michelle and sheila at vj today:) they look nice in the rj uniforms...surprisingly. after seeing the green coloured piece of 'rag-lookalike' piece of cloth (heheheh. no offense:) at trace's house...i thought no one would look nice in it. hehee:) it just feels so odd to know that ur secondary school classmates were classmates with your friends in vj now...hahaha:) like, they used to be there, but now that's you're there, they're not there, yet their presence for the first three months still remain:) can't imagine though.
it's like...you feel like going 'you know her?' in that shocked, 'ooh-that's-so-interesting-how-did-you-get-to-know-her' kinda tone or something:D hehehe:) and to think that shauna was 03s1b's ct rep, mich goh was in my class (creating havoc during maths class i heard), eugene luah was just in 03s1e (imagine the shock of my life when i saw his name in the class list) and now panghao and yvonne are now both in the same class. the world is just so small. teeny weeny world!
and it's quite surprising how many pple we've actually got the chance to meet during Sec 2 innovation programme, but didn't get the chance to know them. i marvel at these fated meetings:) hahaha:)

ah wellz:) going to watch the chinese drama competition tomorrow...i wonder if i'll meet qinglan they all:D will be nice if i do:)
wondering about the nybbgt... hope they'll win tomorrow's competition:D dunno if they did win monday's...ah wellz:) so sad that they lost to vjc at the score of 42-30..i suppose it's not already quite good:) considering that only 6 of our players played basketball in secondary school...and it's not as if they came from schools with strong teams:) i sincerely hope they'll win...considering that they have been training like mad. the camp was like...already testing all of our limits...and they had to continue with all the training. ah wellz:) all the best to them! shall pray about it:D
of course, i should be supporting vj bbgt...but considering that i've never known any of the bbgt pple, except for hui xiang...and i'm sure they had basketball pple from sec school...i'm not particularly worried about vj. hehehe:)

ah wellz. we all passed:) though the person who was judging the grading seemed to be rather indifferent to everyone's moves. everyone passed. no one got a double though. so saddening. some of them actually seemed to have performed quite well, it's like, they executed the moves wonderfully, with grace, style, speed and strength.
went for my first chinese society exco meeting today...never imagined they had to organise a lot of things themselves. a lot of activities as well. ah wellz:) hope we'll all be able to catch up with our roles in the exco as soon as possible...seeing that we'll have to organise the investiture soon. and the club fund is like...relatively empty:D
then went for the econs makeup tutorial on essay writing...but since i had to leave 10 mins after i reached the classroom, mr chan let me off after passing me the notes and telling me to go read them myself:) how nice:)

i have no comments. i went back, changed my results a few times and got the same school. hahahaa:) the number of schools are ...so limited. it's not really fair. ah wellz:)
me and stephie went to east coast after our makeup lecture today:) very nice walk along east coast.. just looking at the sea, talking, eating my first ever Mr Softee (seriously, i've never seen it in 7-11 before...hahaha:) and trying to find sea shells:D
stephie said that dancing crashed nyjc at one time and loved the nyj people:) hahaha:) 'cos she felt that nyj people were much more innocent:) it's like... if they don't like something, they'll just voice it out:) and they view the world with a simpler heart...more appreciative of the simple things in life...which i find seriously lacking in the world around us:) though their results may not be as well as ours (which isn't necessarily true anyway...hahaha:), but as i've often said, at the end of your lifetime, one wouldn't reflect and regret about not having good results. it's what happens in our lives, how happy we are while in existance on this world that's gonna stay with us through the years.
of course, the grades constitute a portion of the many factors influencing our happiness (and it's certainly playing an important part right now in many people's lives), but essentially, it's not the main portion. the most joyful moments of one's life are not those when you get like..ehz. top of the school or something. these things fade...they just don't stay with you throughout your life:) i can be certain to say that when asked for their happiest moment in life, it's not when they get good grades. hahaha:)
so, shall we not learn to view things with innocence, feel things with a lighter heart and learn to be joyful even for the smallest things there may be?:) be it passing the taekwando grading test, making it to the team of touch rugby, finishing up on a poem, catching up the old times with an old friend or even just the simple pleasure of being able to take a few moments to relax in front of the comp?:) steph's friend (i can't remember who) was delighted just because the chicken noodles auntie gave her more chicken. hahaha:)
shall we not be thankful for the numerous blessings we receive each day?:) *beamz*

i was just reminiscing with stephie about nyjc today...forgot to mention another thing:) i miss the guys at nyj...hahaha. they're..more courteous. and more mature. (with the exception of a particular few..) how odd. one would think that the guys in the top five schools are more gentlemenly. now we know that's not very true:D *grInz* why am i talking about guys anyway?

yeah, went to nygh's production of romeo and juliet yesterday:D *grInz* was pleasantly surprised when we found out that it's put up by the sec 4 gep people...and the standard was quite high. hahhaa:) we got impressed at the start of the whole drama. the drama was put up to raise funds for the courage fund. how sweet:)
ah wellz...all of them could act quite well...except for this person who was very extra...one of montague's servants...i can't remember which one...heh:) we had a very good mercutio acted by Lynette...she brought up the character very well...and we had an amusing nurse...acted by Amanda Yap...she reminds me of the person in Anastasia...the one which likes to go 'ooh lalaa'..hahah:)
romeo(ji nin) and juliet(samantha yeo) had quite a lot of mo4 qi4 between them:) *grInz*
some amusing things to take note of... the knife which romeo was threatening to kill himself with, when dropped onto the stage floor, actually stabbed into it...one can just imagine wat would have happened if the knife had dropped onto the friar's leg. hahaha:) and in the end, when everyone came out, the fathers of both romeo and juliet were taking off the caps and bowing, and you could see one whole arc of powder following their actions. lastly, what was amusing was the way they stabbed each other with their swords...relatively fake. ah wellz:) the kissing scenes were relatively professional though. lol:)
ah wellz, that's about it. they had creative lighting effects...which i thought was rather cool (jitsy thinks so too:) and they innovated on the props. nice manz:) and beautiful costumes! even if you don't like the show, u'd love the costumes. hahaha:)

after an afternoon of impromptu writing of the chinese society exco form, a horribly grueling interview (which according to the vice chairman today, was to test how long a person can stand the question. basically test our mental endurance. blah)...and a nerve wrecking, palm-sweating session today for speeches and questions, i have finally made it through!

i nearly wanted to just give up today...so horrendous. 'cos i was thinking of the interview (really horrendous. i tell ya, u won't want an interview like that. i've never known they can zhen3 ren2 until liddat till that interview day)...and then i was thinking, almost everyone's a PRC...blahblah. however, i thought too of how the chairman was very nice and told me that as long as i'm not nervous, i should be able to do it:) hahaha:)
so i made a lame speech starting with 'do you sometimes feel that you have a lack of money? do you sometimes wonder where your finances go to? do you wish for someone to remind you constantly to save? well, that person could be me:) ' hahaha... so lame right? but somehow or another, the members started to burst out into laughter. ah wellz:) which i thought was good 'cos they didn't laugh for the first four speeches. so i said more stupid stuff about how a treasurer needs a calculator as well, and how knowing them better will give me a easier job while collecting the money... and blah. and i ended off with the cliches, please vote for me' ah wellz:) so in total, they laughed four times. how nice:D

i'm beginning the feel the side effects of having three days with maths lessons consecutively...it is extremely tiring. and goodness knows why the maths department head said that my class has no more tutorials to be done. my foot. and the stress of having to catch up with the work of the first three months is finally setting in...stuff that i can't do/don't understand... and because of these things which i do not understand, i can't understand other topics either. ah wellz.
i don't know nuts about chemistry...and vj's having a chemistry lecture test next monday. LECTURE TEST. what the beep. i've only learnt like 1/4 of the stuff they learnt in the first three months...and even then, the 1/4 ain't that important. sucky nonsense. ah wellz:) managed to learn induction by myself...haha. thank goodness it ain't too difficult:D it was done at the opportunity cost of a bio lecture though:) hehehe:)
on the other hand, i'm getting closer to patricia and michelle once more. though i still know nuts about them. hahaha:) and closer to stephie than in the first three months:) hahaa:) though seriously, i wonder if dancing's name is really dancing. ah wellz:)
and taekwando...we're going for the first grading in two weeks' time...hahah:) 'cos we've decided that we don't want to spend like 3 months waiting for the next grading...so yeah, wish us good luck:D

and your chem teacher tells you 'not to be disheartening... but from my past experiences, the second intakers usually fail their way through the first year' hahahah:) how...comforting.

i'm confused 'cos for the first time, i can actually feel god's presence in the auditorium...and when i closed my eyes, it felt like just him, and me...there wasn't anyone else around...even though i could hear everyone else singing very clearly. (who can't? it was rather loud. hehee)
and even after i sat down to listen to the pastor...i still feel him nearby. the feeling hasn't left me yet. hahaa. dunno. ah wellz:) asking everyone:)

very nice to have baa as my buddy. everytime i can't finish up my rice or my cups of water (ee han always gives us j1s a lot of water to drink after training...), baa will help me finish it up:) *grInz* nice buddy. hahahaa:) yeah...closer to baa, rara, jie ru, carrie and shi nee than the rest:) i feel that stella is the type of person who'll talk a lot if she opens up properly...but so far, she hasn't the opportunity to open up properly...perhaps 'cos she's got to maintain the dignity of a captain. poor her.

third day of training was about the same as the second day's...forgot to mention we went to the monkey bar after the four big rounds. hahaha. i never could climb the monkey bar when i was young...very delighted to find that i could go go across it twice in a day in camp. lol:) sort of a small achievement for me:) *beamz*

basically, we have 10 seniors in camp with us... who are stella (team captain...she very ke lian..need to use something to stabilise her ankle bones everytime...see her peel away the stuff very xin1 tong4), shi nee (vice captain, who had the fortune ...or misfortune of having denise as her secret pal. hahaha...then she didn't get any letters 'cos denise didn't come back for camp. hahaha --- denise is another senior of ours. j2), ying yu a.k.a meh (controller), ee han a.k.a moo (center...hahha. she's very funny. she keeps saying 'nobody wants moo' 'cos her s.p didn't write to her), si ning (can't remember wat she is...jian2 feng1 i think. she's got a bball referee for a bf! the only bball referee who doesn't look like a referee apparently. hahaha), sarah a.k.a rara (she likes mojojojo *grInz* only person in j2 team with long hair. haha), kaitlyn a.k.a cat (she's the sister of one of the lao3 des... hua1 jie3 de mei4 mei4...so she's hua1 mei4), jie ru a.k.a chicken (hahaha...i got my first ever piggy back from her:D she's smaller sized than me btw), yan lin a.k.a bAa (she's my buddy for the camp! and she got 9 points for her Os too:) and last but not least Carrie (my s.p)! hahaha.
hmmz.. in the camp, everyone has a buddy to take care of/be taken care of...and everyone's supposed to pick a person's name to write to...the person whom u pick will have you as a secret pal. and you yourself will also have a secret pal:) and at the end of the three days, we're supposed to figure out who our secret pals are...secret pals are supposed to write letters, to encourage the person whom u picked...and blah blah:) so it's like...i picked carrie's name...and turns out that carrie picked my name too. hahah. so coincidental!:) we're the only two who picked each other's name...and just before the picking, me, liling and shu wen were just talking about how carrie has very nice legs. hahaha. nvm about that:)

very tedious training...really horrendous on the first day...when we started out with running 5 rounds under 13mins right smack in the bright early hours of the day, continued with free-throws and lay-ups and what nonsense...felt terribly vomitty and fainty after that, so i rested. hehehee:) but yah...first day mahz...really not used to the suddenly so-tough training.
then in the afternoon, we had training again. three rounds around the estate this time...continued with the lane stuff...the lane stuff was like..ehz...short distance sprinting and running stuff and what nonsense. dunno how to say...but it left everyone feeling dead. i didn't feel quite well either. actually for the whole of the first day, i felt vomitty. ah wellz:)
yeah anywayz, let me continue talking about the training before i go on to the nice parts:) tuesday morning...training started at 6.30am...till 9+. we ran four rounds around the track...on the outermost lanes...then we went to the chang2 cheng2 and sprinted up two times...okay. nyj has a chang cheng 'cos it's literally very long... if you've been to nyj, you would have gone up the long flight of steps from the track to the main building. and yah. that's how long we sprinted up. we j1s were lucky for once..we only had to sprint up two times. for the j2s, they had to do double. *grInz*
then the same stuff as the day before...except we had to do the ball handling stuff again...and eat medicine:P i dun like the eating medicine part. (eating medicine = training with the medicine ball)
then in the afternoon, we went to SPE (school of physical education) to train...'cos they have lights at their courts...and we can then train till 8 ++ in the evening or something:) 3 rounds around track as warm-up, lay-ups and a 3-on-3 game:) i like the afternoon training better:) 'cos got lao3 de to train with us xiao3 de. then their ball skills are so... whoa!. very inspiring. hahaha:) talking about them later.
saw xinyi at SPE. and some nanyangals at SPE too..think they may be from track. i'm not very sure.
yeah..then after training, liling and carrie went with miss tang and miss yau to buy our dinner...which was a nice surprise...'cos it's not rice with stuff...turns out to be beehoon with stuff instead.
which reminds me of the lame sms that asks 'do you love mee? tell me truthfully' and all that nonsense. then in the end they ask you 'how about beehoon?'

O! the many complications of life.
i just realised that this is my last week with all my friends in nyj...aarghh!!! i can't bear to leave them. can't bear to have the thought of not having me, rosa, kim hong, weiyang, you rong, darlene and xiao qian going out together almost everyday after school...or just stay back in school so that we can walk out together. ah wellz.
skipped chem lecture today (they didn't do much anyway...just went through test paper and did one more qn) and spent the whole 1 hour 20 mins talking to kim hong:) *grInz* think she felt much happier after that:) *beaMz*
hmmmz. after school today, we went out to celebrate her b-day:D went to thomson plaza...then i bought a mini cake from Four Leaves for her...then we went to the food court to celebrate:D *grInz* urged weiyang to buy a rose for her...and benjamin went with him. *grInz* it's rather convenient to have the juke box with us as well:) took the opportunity to promote darren hayes as well:) haha:)

so interesting. a confusing dramatic scenario presented itself in front of me ever since the morning of 5th march.
to protect the pple concerned, the guy's name is changed to w, my friend from primary school's name is changed to k, and the other girl's name is changed to r.
yesterday, i found out that w like k, and is very sad 'cos k is leaving for nj. ah wellz. yesterday, k didn't come to school...so i called k and asked her if she knows that w likes her and that k says that she knows. then i asked her if she's going to give w a chance and she said she doesn't know...later in the afternoon, k came to school and i pushed her to see w and sat her beside him.
the thing is, a few days ago, i asked r who she likes...and i found out that she likes w too. so in fear of hurting her feelings, i told a semi-lie. gave her the name of a former crush instead. and now i have to bear the consequences of the semi-lie...to contain within myself all the emotions that i feel.
ah well. that's the update on my life. being busy with ccs these days as well. hehehe.

then today...only this morning, i found out that my old friend (not saying the name for fear of recognition..hahaa:) was looking around for a judo board. hahaha. then i said 'why're u looking for a judo board? judo got quite nice looking guys:)' and then she seemed surprised and asked 'how did you know?' then i said ' oh...i know this cute guy from judo. hahaha.' then she asked 'what's name?' and i told her 'ehz, hui chin...'. then she seemed rather shocked and said 'ey...how did you know him?' hahaha. so funny:)
she got 10 idols and only one crush. guess who the crush is.
then went around today helping her find info (seems like an eternity ago since she told me she likes him ...hmz) hahaha. now i know his primary and secondary school, his L1R5, that he's one of the only four pple who went to a jc in his sec school, his home and handphone number...blah. hahaha. he's not a bad person ... yeahyeah..good character. ah wellz. oh yah...apparently he's very good at chess too. and his acting's not bad. hahaha:) he's got charisma.

yesterday was a particularly hectic day:) went to buy paint and thinner for the ccs promotion team in the morning...then went for ccs meeting with some lin lao shi person who's supposed to be in charge of us...as well as the costumes and makeup crew.
then went home...rested for a while and went to cine to meet the rest:) saw weiyang first...he was lining up for the tickets...then wei yang told me that he told kim hong to look for me...so i went to look for kim hong:) *grInz* cine was...as busy as ever.
then you rong came...and rosa came...and yah. we went into the theatre. hahaha. kim hong didn't want to watch the movie.. but weiyang bought 5 tickets anyway...and we shared in treating her:) *beamz*
ehz. yes. we watched final destination 2. hahahaa. nc-16. at first, i thought it was nc-16 only 'cos there's a lot of expletives in the movie...but it turns out that it was nc-16 'cos of ehz...the rather obscene ways the people die as well. hahaha. i sat between rosa and weiyang, kim hong sat on the left of rosa and you rong sat on the right of weiyang...throughout the movie, rosa was helping to cover kim hong's eyes and comforting her and everything...ah wellz:)
after not watching any horror movies or thrillers for so long, i felt a tad frightened at the start...but ah wellz. thought i wouldn't be able to stomach all of it...but turns out that...all former practice came back. hahaha:):):)
first person got his eye impaled by the ladder, second person got completely flattened by a huge piece of glass, third person's head..ehz. wellz. got seperated from her body...hehehe. forth person got completely cut up into many pieces by the wired fence...so it's like...the intestines fell out. quite funny. fifth person's head got a broken wooden fence piercing through to the forehead...'cos her body got pushed back by the safety device meant to protect pple from breaking their necks when the car crashes. sixth person got burnt. totally charred.
something like that...go watch the movie. hahahaa.
then we went to marina bay to eat...never went there before...it's like buffet...$12 per person. ah wellz. actually i'm supposed to have my ct outing there...supposed to meet them there after watching the movie...but ah wellz..it got a bit late. so i ate with the four of them instead:) had fun:)
i reached tp interchange at 12 am+....hehehe. it was a nice and fun day:)
as for today...had a meeting with jingchen, de rong and qinglan at bishan...about the lighting. ah wellz:)

oh yah. forgot to mention. i walked around the whole day today with my ears feeling covered...so every sound was kinda soft and muffled. very interesting:) think it's the effect of the medicine making me feel groggy. can't remember much of what happened:) just that ccs is very nice...bball and ccs seniors are very nice...seeing my og mates make me happy...and my ct feels a lot more like a whole these days as well:)
bad thing is i think i just found out my inequalities hw is still with me. uh-oh.

nothing much happened...went to rosa's house on wednesday:) met yourong first at the mrt station, then we went to 'cheers' with the intention of buying snacks to rosa's house...saw cynthia (sister's friend)...hahaha. she just came from toa payoh too:) how funny:) then came out of 'cheers' and saw rosa...hah. then we walked to the bus-stop and kim hong got off the bus when we reached there. then we waited for the bus that weiyang's on and went on:) i found it quite funny. every meeting went on rather ...smoothly. like what u'll expect in a story or something:)
had my first time experience drinking tea using a real tea set...hahaa...hmmz. we played daidee, 21-points (?)...i broke a glass, rosa broke another glass...then we talked a bit...saw rosa's prom dress (she sewed the whole thing herself! looked really pro..hahaha..she refused to wear it for me and kh to see though)..then we went downstairs...wanted to play bball, but the court was...rather full. wanted to walk to another bball court, but saw somebody with a bball walked towards our direction from that bball court...so they figured that that court must be rather full too. went back to the original court, practiced handling with the ball near the court... like perhaps throwing the ball over the beam of the covered walkway. hahaha...that part was quite funny:) then we went to the court and shot. it wasn't nice having to share the court with so many pple. ah wellz. then we went out to eat. blahblah. if i continue narrating like this, u all would fall asleep:) nice memories should be kept within me:) no need to say too much:) hahaha:)
thurs...nothing much happened either. (ooooh. daniel chan's song! bi wo xin fu. i think it's daniel chan's... used to have that song on my comp:) just that rosa wanted very much to kill colin. hahaha:) and bball training was... let's just say it's been the most strenuous ever since the starting of the year. ended at 7.45...then we got our v-day pressie. that came as a nice surprise:)

wanted to skip chem lecture on monday 'cos i was feeling really tired and i haven't finished my chem tutorial..then didn't skip in the end. ah wellz. didn't go for basketball though:) senior was very nice about it:) she told me to go home and rest well *heh* luckily i didn't...considering the 'warm-up' (more of a heating up) that they had on monday ...which consisted of two times up and down the 14-storey flat being incorporated into three times around the estate, i don't think i would have been able to take it with my 2 hours of sleep.

hmmz. yesterday. we played frisby again!:) *grInz* i don't think i've explained the frisby thingie...'cos it's after cross country, then they're concentrating more on games and a bit of napfa stuff...so it's like, every class will actually take up a sport, we'll have peer 'teacher's, and the 'teachers' will then teach us everything about the game, and in time, train us up. at the end of it all, we'll have a competition against another class with the same game. we took up frisby:) oh. hope i spelt it correctly.
yeah..so frisby..is of course fun. paired up with eugene for the running cum throwing frisby to each other thingie. then i fell.
and what's so significant about me falling? 'cos just in the morning i was just telling the cedar pple (was sitting with them that particualar morning 'cos rosa they all went to put their bags in the LT) that i seem to be the only one who hasn't falled yet. hahaha:) ah wellz. it's a whole chain of falling incidents...
i still don't feel like i'm expressing who i really am in school...okay, maybe not in school...just when i'm with the ct. so strange.

okay. may is supposedly the girl that jie yu likes. so i was sitting down there, listening to everything they say. ah wellz.
then basketball...shooting so terrible today...okay maybe not so terrible... but my playing was so lousy today... got a tad affected 'cos of marcus and jie yu down there watching. and because of the lack of sleep..then me, candy and liling had to run four runs around the estate...and i stopped at the 3 and a half round to walk a bit...just a bit...but nevertheless i walked. manz. so lousy of me.

i'm broke. happy but broke. we didn't celebrate yingxin's birthday yesterday 'cos apparently, qing couldn't get yingxin...so the five of us went to crystal jade to eat:) and we talked and talked and talked:) and ate and ate and ate. hahaha. saw the nyjc councillors (a whole bunch of them) walking outside crystal jade at one point of time.
then took pictures, sent jo and isobel off, and proceeded to eat at delifrance:) hahaha. at this time, jits has already joined us:) then trace went off, and qingz, jits and i walked around in wisma, where jits proceeded to shop for stuff:) stuff.
then we went home at about 6.30 in the attempt to meet qing's ct members...but didn't see them at all. ah wellz:) the mrt train jits and i were on stopped at novena for a long time, due to some 'incident'... then it stopped again at toa payoh. (of course, i've gotten off the train...leaving poor jits to wait for a long time for the train to move.)
at night, while talking to my og members on irc... jits called me and i learned that someone actually died on the ang mo kio mrt track...that's what caused the delay. got chopped into half apparently. creepy.

i feel better now though...went to see the doctor... four different types of medicine though. doctor got me the non-drowsy antibiotics, but prescribed a cough medicine which causes drowsiness. i wonder what's the use of having the non-drowsy antibiotics. ho-humm. i feel blurrified.

then we had the tribal pageant... it was a most amusing event...
okay we've got to choose at least one person from each tribe to compete for the title of hunk and babe of our clan...then the winners will proceed to compete with three other couples from the other clans, which are, let me remind you once more, harasupai (keepers of the water), kanza (keepers of the wind) and hoochom (keepers of the earth).
the thing is...some tribe in my clan decided to go funny...they blew up balloons and stuck it under some guy's shirt and he became a babe instead of...a hunk. really crude. but really funny:) *grInz*
ah wellz. he's our clan babe. hahaha. clan hunk's from some other tribe which i dunno about. BUT. he sure didn't look as nice as my tribe's hunk. *lol* epirotes!
yeahyeah. the funny thing is... another clan decided to cross dress too. hahaha:) and my group's 'babe' went around trying to seduce people. female councillors were running away from him...and male councillors (okayokay, clan cheftains) were trying to prevent him from getting near them *grInz* our 'babe' still managed to smooch two males though:P and he was acting so bimbo-ish that one of the clan cheftains remarked that he's acting really gay.
aw shucks. but who cares. our 'babe' won the tribal pageant. along with hoochom's hunk. (alliteration!) hehehe. he looks totally different when he's in proper attire though. and of course, he's not really gay.

and we had station games....hahaa:) this is the time when the guys and girls really got together and played, played, played!

i'm seriously considering staying in there after the first three months afterall. even if i get good enough marks to get into the top 5 jcs or something.
'cos they were showing us the results of previous years...and people who have done well in their o levels, did well once more in their a levels...like if u get an A1 in o levels, there's a high chance u'll get A or B in the A levels too.

we were all in tribes. on the island of nanyang. they used the 'lilo and stitch' thingie...ohana means family.
i'm in clan Potawatomi (i think)...which means keepers of the fire:) and i'm in the tribe Epirotx... (though u pronounce it as air-fi-royks)
ads for debates society was quite amusing... it goes 'passion, heat and a lot of tongue'. now if u think of it in another way...
the highlight of the day came when we had the mass dance...when they taught us the traditional couple dance...
which was really really long...consisted of the snap, crab walk, the hungarian, the triangle, the couple dance (which is a forty-five degrees waltz, which means that in 8 beats, u reach ur original position again...two different kinds..the second time included the girl spinning out and in and out and in again...), something, something, the pump...and last but not least the screw.
it was kinda amusing...the guy on stage was shouting 'screw to the left' and 'screw to the right' *lol*
and my OGL... weilin, was asking everyone 'do you know how to screw? do you know how to screw?' *blink*.
danced with this guy who's half a head taller than me...someone called andrew or merwin or something --- i can't remember. hehe.
and i found another person who's of the same birthday as me...called weiyang:) who looks rather like eugene from primary school:)
